Automatic Construction of Architectural Performance Models through Tailored Application Profiling

The Chair of Software Engineering has launched a new cooperation with ABB as part of an Academic Research Award ($80,000) awarded in the area of industrial software systems.

ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, collaborates with academic and research institutes around the world to support promising graduate students with projects that combine academic research with industrial application in the power and automation area.

The ABB Research Grant Program is a highly competitive international program (with acceptance rate of only 5.7% for 2014) intended to enlarge and complement the circle of ABB’s university partners.
