11/27/2023

We are pleased to announce that our research group's work on cybersecurity, "MESAS: Poisoning Defense for Federated Learning Resilient against Adaptive Attackers," has been accepted for presentation at the ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (CCS) 2023

The paper delves into addressing vulnerabilities in Federated Learning, introducing MESAS as a defense mechanism against adaptive poisoning attacks. This research contributes to enhancing the security measures in Federated Learning systems. For more details on the paper, please visit here MESAS

Our team members, researcher Torsten Krauß and Professor Alexandra Dmitrienko, recently presented this work at CCS 2023, where it gained significant interest and attention from researchers and experts in the field. Their talk offered in-depth insights into the methodologies and findings of our research.

We are pleased by the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of the field and are delighted that our work has resonated with in the cybersecurity research community.
