MehrThis week, the Secure Software Systems group presents two papers at the Network and Distributed System Security (NDSS) Symposium 2023
MehrThe school provides a great opportunity to researchers at the early stage of career path to establish new contacts, share ideas and disseminate research results. The event is held in the second week of February.
MehrThe goal of the project is to develop and standardize methods for protection of products from forgery and inappropriate quality. The developed methods will enable end users to verify product origin by utilizing the out-of-the-shelf devices, such as smartphones. The project will be conducted in collaboration with VDE, AIM, Hochschule Mannheim, KOBIL and PAV Card. The kick-off project meeting took place this Monday in VDE premises in Offenbach.

On the upcoming Monday, the 8th of August 2022, Prof. Dr. Dmitrienko will hold a talk at MIT (https://www.mit.edu/) about Bandwidth Inflation attacks in the Tor anonymity network.
MehrThe 15th ACM Conference on Security and Privacy in Wireless and Mobile Networks ACM WiSec 2022 will be held May 16 to 19, 2022 in San-Antonio, Texas, USA. If the COVID-19 pandemic does not allow for an in-person event, the conference will be scheduled to take place online.

MehrThe Network and Distributed System Security Symposium (NDSS) 2021 and co-located workshops start virtually this very weekend, at 21st of February, and go until February, 25th. Prof. Dr. Dmitrienko is part of this year’s CoronaDef’s panelists.
